I am Algonquin and French, and reside in my home city of North Bay. The Nipissing Timiskaming area encompasses both the Nipissing First Nation and the Timiskaming First Nation and it lies within the traditional territories of the Anishinaabeg that are Ojibway, Chippewa, Algonquin and Metis Peoples, specifically known as the Robinson Huron Treaty Territory.
Louise has a Master of Arts in Integrated Studies, majoring in Global Governance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. She is semi-retired with over 20 years of experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
Currently she volunteers and serves as an Executive Board member for a North Bay Indigenous organization.
She is bilingual, dynamic and enthusiastic to bring her education, work and life experiences to Parliament.
Louise has been and always will be dedicated to continuously fighting for people and for the planet.
